The Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing/Industrial Standardization Work Conference was sponsored by the National Standardization Administration Committee, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy The second working group meeting of the group was held recently in Leipzig, Germany. The meeting was held to promote standardization cooperation in the intelligent manufacturing/industrial field between China and Germany. More than 100 representatives from enterprises and research institutions in China and Germany attended the meeting.
The meeting started with Mr. Zhang Ronghan, researcher of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Dr. Dong Ting of the National Standardization Administration Committee, representing China and Germany. They reviewed the consensus reached at the last meeting, as well as the progress in the field of intelligent manufacturing after the Shanghai meeting last month. A series of work carried out and achievements achieved.
At the meeting, Dr. Wang Chunxi, deputy chief engineer of the Institute of Comprehensive Technology and Economics of Mechanical Industry Instrumentation, introduced the institute’s latest research progress and ongoing standardization work in the integrated design and implementation of digital factory safety, functional safety ( ) It mainly studies how to avoid personal injury, environmental damage and economic losses caused by equipment failure or system function failure. Information security mainly studies industrial control system failures caused by external attacks or viruses. Functional safety and information security are the two focuses of intelligent manufacturing. The direction must be balanced at the same time to ensure the availability, security and confidentiality of the intelligent manufacturing system at the same time. This topic has attracted great attention from the German side. On behalf of the German side, Mr. Wang expressed on the spot that he hopes to set up a security sub-working group to jointly discuss and improve the draft standards that China has formed. It can be submitted at an appropriate time (functional safety and information security framework work group) as a new project proposal.
Engineer Yan Xiaofeng of the institute also introduced the industrial wireless technology that has become a national standard in China, and focused on the industrial wireless technology independently developed by my country, which has not only become a national standard in China, but is also becoming a national standard. international standards. Germany has also expressed concern about this and will designate specific counterpart units to work with China on international standards for industrial wireless technology after the meeting.
In addition, representatives from China and Germany also communicated and discussed the standardization of intelligent manufacturing in related fields such as predictive maintenance (condition monitoring), industrial software, robots, cloud manufacturing, reference models, use cases, and aviation, automation, petrochemicals, etc. communicate.
The meeting finally reached a decision on the time and place of the next working group meeting and the second Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing/Industrial Development and Standardization Exchange Meeting. Continue to maintain close cooperation in international standardization organizations (such as, / etc.) and continue to carry out reference work. Collaborate on architectural models and intelligent manufacturing system architecture. Collaborate on the formulation and testing of international standards for robots. Exchange and discuss draft standards for integrated design of functional safety and information security, and discuss the possibility of establishing a special working group. Collaborate on international standardization of wireless communication technology. Discuss international standards for preventive maintenance (/new project proposal for condition monitoring). Cooperate to jointly develop common use case templates. Discuss common standardization cooperation contents such as industrial software interoperability, interfaces and integration technology cooperation based on open source systems.
After the meeting, Zhang Ronghan, a researcher from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Mr. De jointly signed the minutes of the second working group meeting of the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing/Industrial Standardization Working Group on behalf of both China and Germany.
